Creating a forward-thinking brand for a pioneering property developer

BACKGROUND

Founded in 1981, Arlington was the UK pioneer of the business park concept. Since then they have strived to constantly evolve their offer of what a working environment can be and have invested in innovative buildings supported by comprehensive amenities at a wide selection of sites across the country.

To visually represent this innovation I developed a forward-slash device which integrates seamlessly into the new Arlington logo. The angle of the slash is used as a recurring motif across designs as dynamic graphic element.

The slash itself is used as a copywriting device in messaging to represent the flexible and collaborative nature of their business.
