Moving an international commercial estate agent's identity forward
International property agent Knight Frank sought to refresh the identity of their commercial division by changing the language used in materials and incorporating existing elements from their parent brand.
Streamlining the use of the existing colour palette and typefaces, I developed a simplified messaging system centred around the word ‘here’. I also commissioned and art directed situational photography inside the company’s HQ building.
I redesigned their flaghip commercial brochure to feel more sophisticated, introducing an embossed cloth bound cover with bold typographic spreads.
